INFORMATIVA EX ART 13 DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N. 196/3:

Dear Sir/
we hereby inform you that the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Code in respect of the protection of personal data) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the treatment of personal data. According to the legislation, the treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.

Within the meaning of Article 13 of D. lgs. n. 196/2003, therefore we provide the following information:

(b) the purpose and methods of treatment;

(c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with l aid of electronic instruments;

(d) the identity of the holder, the controllers and the representative designated for the purposes of Article 5, paragraph 2; e

) the subjects or categories of recipients to whom the personal data may be communicated or who might acquire knowledge of as

designated representative in the territory of the State, officers or responsible.


3. L concerned has the right to obtain:

a), the updating, rectification or, if of interest, the integration of the data;

(b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of law, INCLUDING THOSE OF WHICH IS NOT

NECESSARY TO KEEP for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) the declaration that the operations referred to in points a9 and b9 have been brought to knowledge, also as regards the content, to those to whom

the data were communicated or disseminated, except in cases where such fulfillment proves to be impossible or involves use of means

manifested mind disproportionate to protected right.


4. L concerned has the right to object in whole or in part: (a)

for legitimate reasons to the treatment of personal details which concern him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

b) the processing of personal details which concern him with the aim of sending publicity or direct sales material either for the fulfilment of

market research or commercial communication
